Karina has served for over a decade in nonprofits organizations beginning with colleges and universities. She’s been a strategic activist for social and equitable change for social class, race, gender, and sexuality. As an educator in DEI and sexual violence prevention, she’s had the privilege of being a part of creating and enacting systematic change throughout several institutions.

Karina has been a therapist with Alchemy since 2023. She works with a wide range of individuals and group and offers ketamine assisted therapy. She has a passion for working with grief, existential crisis, and complex trauma.
Karina also serves as Alchemy’s operations manager and enjoys supporting by continuing and improving systems. She loves the art of drag, practicing mindfulness, and soaking up time with her loved ones.
